Logic 

Everyone has their own logic, my logic and yours are completely different. That’s why in a team discussion there is always a fight or a debate. No matter what people think, it is always different. Maybe you agreed to something and have the same vision, But how you and your friends think to reach the vision are always different. Always remember that not everyone thinks the same so don’t always think that you're always right.

That’s why a thing called logical frameworks exist. Logical framework exists to help us, have the same logic as our team. It helps for a better discussion and a better vision on our team. There’s a lot of methods besides logical framework but they all function the same, to help us with our team.

At first it's hard to learn logical thinking methods. For me when I first learned about this I only saw it from one side of an eye, and thought that I didn't need it. It was a really hard thing to learn for me, but now I feel relieved because I know about this sooner. It really helps me to understand my team's ideas.
