AES 21: Be Transparent

Be transparent. Don't force someone to read you and to have to use their intuition and gut feelings to see your true intentions. Be exactly who and what you say you are. Don't waste people's time and energy by playing games. This time and energy can be spent connecting with someone and providing genuine exchange. This does not mean blindly trusting and opening up to just anyone. It means mindfully choosing the people in which you share your energy with and allowing that experience to be guided by a loving heart. Sharing how you feel, what's real, being authentically you may be scared… but everytime you hold truth, you make fear more important than happiness. This is why the depth of your ability to love will always be mirrored by your ability to be honest
