The 21st century, a time where everything is at the end of your fingertips, we live in the most connected era in human history. You can reach out and talk to anybody in the whole wide world, and yet despite this global interconnectedness, it’s easy to feel more alone and isolated than ever. Don’t take what you have for granted, cherish and value it, because life's complicated and unpredictable, and nothing lasts forever. But this impermanence is what gives the beauty in our lives it’s meaning.

Life is short and everyone is trying to figure themselves out. Juggling work, studies and the daily grind can make you neglect your emotional needs. So try and reach out to your friends and family, they might be going through a lot and being there for them would make their days so much better. It will take effort to foster your relationships with other people, but humans are a deeply social species at heart. It's wired into us to seek out genuine connection with others, and in the end, isn’t that what makes life worth living?
