AES7 Switch

Friday, July 26 2024. We watched ‘The School for Good and Evil’ for around 40 minutes. I already watched the film at home, so I pretty much know the plot until the end. This one is about the participation that the character had in the film.

So to break it down, participation for me can be break down to:

Giving: Give something whatever they have (talent, idea, time, material)

Telling: Tell them when about their opinion, the good and the bad

Involved: Do things, not only see and doing nothing

For the first one, giving. Both Agatha and Sophie give their time to go on the market and buy books together. When they first met, Agatha gave Sophie a crown made of wood sticks. Agatha also sacrifices her life to go see Sophie in the ‘Evil School’. 

The second one, telling. Agatha has warned Sophie to not go from the Gavaldon Town. Of course, Sophie wouldn't listen. Agatha and Sophie tell the principal of both schools that there was a mistake in putting them there. They also go and tell the ‘Maker’ to switch their school. 

The last one, involved. I think Agatha is more active in their friendship, more than Sophie. Sophie on the other hand is only hoping to be on the good side, wear dresses, find her true love, etc. Because in friendship, it should have balance about give and take. 

For me, I think I participate fully. When in a group project or other. I give them ideas that I think would fit the project. I am also not scared to tell my opinion on something. But sometimes I tell it a little too harshly, so I have to work on that. 

When it comes to group projects, I intend to be involved in them. Because when you're doing nothing, it just seems useless? Like you have to contribute something and try to be active participant so it can be call teamwork.
