I wanted to talk about one of my favorite songs, and it is lover by Taylor Swift. I absolutely love this song I think it's just so magical and so romantic. Listening to the song honestly makes me want to fall in love and actually experience something romantic. This song reminds me of how kind of lonely I am because this song it's about loving someone. So I'm going to kind of share my thoughts and how I feel about this song. 

Have I known you 20 seconds or 20 years?

I think this lyric is genius.  because it explains how you can be so in love with someone to the fact that you lost count of time. How you just want to spend time with that specific person.

Now this, shows how close to want to be with someone.  how you just want to stay with them and you never want to leave their side.  when you go out when you go home you just want to be with that specific person that you love and admire. 

And I'm highly suspicious that everyone who sees you wants you

This explains how you think Your significant other is so amazing that everybody basically wants to be with him or her. The second row is about Taylor's boyfriend Joe Alwyn.  when lover was released they have Been dating for about three years,  that's why say 3 summers.

This part explains how you are so proud and you want everyone to know that you're dating this person.  I think the part where Taylor says “with every guitar string scar on my hand,  I take this magnetic force all the man to be my lover”. This is very specific to her job as an artist where I think in every motion and every move of her fingers on her guitar she is constantly thinking about her significant other. It also explains how much she loves writing songs about her significant other and she doesn't mind that thing guitar strings cost on her hands.

And you'll save all your dirtiest jokes for me

And at every table, I'll save you a seat, lover

This is one of my favorite parts of this song.  I love it when people safe jokes for me I think it's something that's very special.  and the part where Taylor says “and at every table, I'll save you a seat lover”. I think that is so romantic.  because what it means is when your life moves and you get into different tables which means the different eras or chapters in your life. No matter what table life moves you to you will always have a seat for your significant other. Everything that's going to happen in that part of your life is going to be okay because you know you have your significant other with you. 

When I'm listening to the song sometimes I wonder like am I going to experience this.  because this song feels like it's a fairytale it feels so magical.  I can't believe that you can love someone this much. This song is also kind of viral on TikTok and people use the song to post their significant other and it's really cute. Is this really beautiful you know I don't have anything else to say. You're amazing Taylor, I love you.
